Wine Details:  As this is a proper Commanderie de Bordeaux event, we are beholden to our bylaws of only serving Bordeaux wines.  We are s t r e t c h i n g  that definition just a bit to include all the Bordeaux varietals from anywhere in the world with a focus on comparing other wine varietals to the taste of the same varietal in Bordeaux. .

Specifically these are:

REDS: Cabernet Sauvignon     Merlot     Cabernet Franc   Malbec  Petite Verdot   Carmenère

WHITES:  Sauvignon Blanc   Sémillon   Muscadelle

DO NOT bring any wine for the event other than one, or a blend of these.

Food Details:  This is a catered affair.  It is heavy hors d'oeuvres.  There will be plenty of variety paired with the red and white wines.  Vegetarians, vegans, and other diets ought to find something in there to eat.  We will…
