About the event
Educateur Chris Buccafusco will lead the group on an exploration of two important but misunderstood features of wine: tannins and acidity. We will taste wines with varying levels of tannins and acidity and apply that learning to wines from the Commanderie cellar.
Wines and snacks will be provided. Open to Commandeurs.
