Sophie grew up amidst the vineyards of Château Kirwan in Margaux which have been in the hands of her family for
almost a hundred years. Following her degree in Economics from the Institute of Political Science of Bordeaux
University, and after a Master’s degree in Management from the Business School, she spent 14 years in the US,
developing Marketing, Sales business for Schieffelin & Co, a subsidiary of the Moët Hennessy Group, then Gaston
